About the Area
My house is on the fringes of the beautiful Yarra valley it is close to schools shopping & the bus stop is at my driveway entrance.Mooroolbark railway station is a 10 minute walk or a few minutes by Flexi Ride which I use constantly.
My home has 4 spacious bedrooms gas heating & cooking
Two toilets Modern & Antique furniture built in wardrobes in 2
Bedrooms & free standing in the other 2 there is a modern kitchen & ample cooking appliances including a microwave, built in oven ,5 burner cook top ,Air fryer toasters & ample crockery & utensils all brand new.
A large fridge freezer & a second fridge on by back porch.
An 18 month old front opening washing machine.I have Outside Dining under cover at the front of the house but private & concealed from view tastefully furnished with Gas B.B.Q.
Neat and tidy garden with flowers & bushes.
I believe that this property would be very acceptable to university Students but I’m open minded.
Just need good people as I spend a considerable amount of time away from home overseas & country Victoria. My fiancé is currently overseas with our new business & I would like to spend as much time with her as possible.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
