I live in a beautiful three-room duplex house, only 10 years old. I have three children that no longer live with me. I am a widower and I absolutely love having guests at home.
I will be available for all kinds of help and information to make your stay worthwhile. I am very friendly and laid back and you will have a great time here:)
My home is in a very good location, close to the beaches, Surfers Paradise and Bond University. Burleigh Waters offers a relaxed lifestyle, with plenty of sports clubs, schools, off-leash dog areas and a trendy up and coming cafe scene - always something to do here!
It is minutes to the world famous Burleigh Beach, James Streets many restaurant and cafes.. Everything is at your fingertips.

We have a communal swimming pool ...outside the complex we have a Fitness First Gym, Dan Murphy liquor store, there is a Tavern next to it and have great $10 lunches, there is a small shopping centre across from that and a coffee shop & retail shops as well.

Victor is a great host, my partner and I really felt at home with him. The bedroom is bright, the bed comfortable, the private bathroom is spacious. The residential complex has also pools and gym. We had an amazing stay! Thank you Victor!

Victor accepted everything we requested.
My high school students were staying there comfortably thanks to him. There was a big ground in front of his apartment.so my kids were able to play there every morning.we had a BBQ with Victor on Sunday.that was the most enjoyable thing. Victor is warm-hearted!

Nice spacious room, private bathroom and location is great too. An easy walk to any shop you need. A couple hundred meters from a board walk which has great views as well

Vic is super kind and welcoming. The room is clean tidy, well air conditioned and has a private bathroom. Access to the complex gym and pool.
If you are thinking of staying with Vic, do it because we had a lovely stay and Vic is a really good bloke.March 2022
We loved visiting Victor in Gold Coast. Victor exceeded every expectation we could possibly have! We were very surprised he took the time to making us lovely breakfasts consisting of egg and bacon, omelette or toasts with avocado, and juice and coffee. He also invited to dinner, making a wonderful meal. Such a great chef! The apartment was very clean, quiet and close enough to the city with bus. Victor picked us up at the train station when we arrived, and gave us a lift back to the station when we left after three nights in his lovely home. We also got to say hello to his most loving dog the last day. We truly recommend staying at Victors, it was way better than any hotel :)

Victor was a wonderful host; a most generous and thoughtful person; easy to communicate with and very personable and interesting to talk with. His accommodation was most comfortable and a very convenient location, suitable to my personal needs.. An extra benefit of staying in Victor's home is his lovely little dog "Coco" which enhanced and made my time in Victor's home even more pleasant.

The best homestay I been in my life he is a great man helpful big house you can do anything in the house. Very clean and tidy there’s swimming pool and near Bond University.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
