I'm offering a homestay in a resort-style complex with a pool, spa, gym and private beach, opposite Bond University. The room has a queen bed, wardrobe and desk and you have your own bathroom. The apartment is directly on the lake and there are shops, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket on my street. My small dog Jax is the cuddliest pup you'll ever meet and he loves a walk around the lake. He thinks he is a person and he know he is the boss! I'm a circus instructor and entertainer and I love going to the beach, paddle boarding, nature walks and watching movies. There is no TV in the house but there is wifi so you can stream Netflix etc.

About the Area
On the lake, opposite Bond Uni, on the lake, 5 mins walk to the shops, cafe and restaurants over the road. Bus stop nearby to take you to Robina or Miami Beach and Lime bikes for hire always in the area.

House Rules
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the house or outside - If you smoke please don't apply as we will have to ask you to leave.
Full payment must be made upon arrival, please, or you will be refused to check in.
You have full access to the kitchen with a shelf for your food.
Please wash your plates, cups and cooking things after each meal
Please keep your room clean and tidy. All food to be stored on your shelf in the pantry and/or in the fridge. No food to be kept in your room
I have a small dog who is very friendly so you must be comfortable with dogs and don't feed him anything.
This is a low-tox home, please only spray chemical perfumes and deodorant outside.
Please wear headphones when listening to music or watching a movie.
No additional guests can be brought to the home
WASHING CLOTHES
Washing machine to be used maximum 2 times a week only
No clothes dried in the bedroom, please use the washing line outside
You need to wash and hang your clothes, then take them down from the clothes line

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
