Modern, fully furnished 2 bed, 2 bath north facing, light filled apartment.
The room which features a large double built in wardrobe, opens direct onto the north facing balcony and has access to its own bathroom.
Apartment features a big screen TV, private street entry and balcony, BBQ, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Property is only 5mins walk to Erskineville and St Peters Stations. In addition the start of (south) King Street is only a few minutes walk away also.
Current full time occupant is a 38 year old Male - Tim (Hi). I work Monday to Friday and nearly always from my Surry Hills office. When I am not working, I like to have a chat and be sociable. I also love showcasing Sydney's Inner West and everything on offer.

About the Area
Erskinville is a small village style suburb situated in Sydney's Inner West. It is predominantly occupied by professionals and younger families. Erskinville itself contains a small street filled with pubs, bars, resturants and cafes. Erskinville adjoins Newtown which is the heart of the Inner West and known famously as being the home of Sdyney's live music, arts and alternative culture scene.

Great hosts, lovely location nice and close to the city if you need. Just a quick train trip.
Would highly recommend and happy to stay again.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
