Hi my beautiful home is located in the very popular Elsternwick. I live with my daughter (aged 21) and two mini schnauzers. We also currently have a foster cat who has failed to find a new home. There is a large bedroom available with king single bed, desk and wardrobe. There is also a bed available in my office for special guests. The house is large so it can easily accommodate more people, preferably only females. The combined kitchen, lounge and dining is open plan and at the rear of the house overlooking the private deck and vegetable garden. We are keen travellers and love meeting new people and experiencing new things. We are sustainable vegans/vegetarians trying to reduce our footprint and prefer people sharing the same philosophy. All bills such as gas, electricity and internet are included in this price. Meals can be added for an additional fee. I can negotiate with the right person ;)

About the Area
Our house is located within walking distance to Elsternwick shops where there lots of cafes, restaurants and places to eat. The Ripponlea train station is only a short walk away. We are approximately 10km from the CBD so close enough for an easy commute to the city. We are also close to the beach and bus that services Monash University Caulfield campus.

Meals

House Rules
We are a vegan / vegetarian household so prefer no meat is not cooked in the home.
I like to know when to expect you will be home or whether you plan to be around in the evenings so we can workout time in the kitchen and whether to include you at dinnertime.
I like guests to clean up after themselves including wiping benches and sweeping the floor after they have finished using the kitchen.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
