Allow me to introduce myself as your host. I reside in this homestay with my wonderful mother, who is not only incredibly kind but also a culinary aficionado. Her culinary skills are sure to delight your taste buds, as she takes pleasure in preparing delicious meals for our guests.
During the day, I work diligently at a bank, ensuring that all financial matters are handled efficiently. However, in my spare time, I find solace in the therapeutic art of gardening. Our homestay is adorned with a beautiful garden, where vibrant blooms and lush greenery create a serene ambiance.

House Rules
To ensure a harmonious and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly request your adherence to the following homestay rules:
Maintain Regular Sleeping Schedule: We kindly ask our guests to align their waking up and sleeping times as closely as possible to our schedule. As we typically rise at 8 am to prepare breakfast, and retire for the night around 11 pm, we appreciate minimizing noise and refraining from showering after 11 pm.
Cleanliness in Shared Spaces: After using the kitchen and other public areas, we kindly request that guests clean up after themselves. This includes washing dishes, wiping countertops, and ensuring the space is tidy for the next person to use.
No Outdoor Shoes Inside: To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we kindly request that guests remove their outdoor shoes upon entering the homestay. We diligently mop the floors daily, and this helps to preserve the cleanliness of our living spaces.
Clean Up Public Areas: It is important to keep the public areas clean and organized after use. Whether it's the living room, dining area, or any other shared space, please ensure that it is left in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.
Daytime Laundry: As our home utilizes solar energy, we encourage guests to do their laundry during daytime hours. This helps optimize the use of our solar system and contributes to our commitment to sustainability.
Maintain Bathroom and Toilet Cleanliness: After using the bathroom and toilet facilities, we kindly request that guests ensure these areas are clean and tidy. This includes wiping down surfaces, rinsing the shower or bathtub, and leaving the area ready for the next person to use.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
