Liem's place is in an authentic Vietnamese home set in a small road in an active suburb about 9 Km from the city centre, only two bus rides or a 40-50k Grab ride away.

The place had everything I needed and I ended up having the whole top floor to myself.

But best of all was Liem himself!

He would always have coffee and tea ready for me when I came down in the mornings! He is generous with his time, happy to talk and also happy to let you do your own thing.

I highly recommend his place, especially if you're a bit independent and want to stay in a non-touristy area of HCMC.

There's a few nice Pagodas and some excellent chay food to be had just round the corner.

Hosts are very friendly and hospitable, nice place to stay if you are searching for discover the real vietnamese life, in suburb of Ho Chi Minh City. Liem can speak French, and English, and he is always joyful to welcome you. The location is also quite good if you are planning to travel in Vietnam by bus, near the long distance bus station. The rooms are quite comfortable, hot water, and even air conditioner on first floor, nice terrace. I definitely recommend to everyone !

The homestay is conveniently located in one of the Ho Chi Minh city superb. It is spaces and well equipped with all necessities, privately located on separate floor. The hosts are very friendly helpful people who will do their utmost to ensure your enjoyable stay. For me it was very pleasant stay with great combination of privacy and friendly help at easy reach when required. I enjoyed exploring the surroundings on my own as well as with the help of my hosts. Dung Duc and his wife Lan are fantastic hosts who help me with transport from the airport, setting up Vietnamese mobile, exploring Vietnamese cuisine, traveling arrangements around the region and further travel to Da Lat. Staying here contributed to the fantastic enjoyment of the whole Vietnam trip. Recommend without any reservations and hoping to visit again in near future.

Certainement mon meilleur séjour en homestay au Vietnam. Avec le meilleur rapport qualité/prix. Excellent confort. À proximité de tous les commerces. Situé à 20/30 minutes du centre historique de HCM en moto taxi. De plus Lan et Liem sont des hôtes extraordinaire de gentillesse.
