I love to get to know cities by walking all over, taking public transportation, eating what's local, visiting the markets, following the pace and schedule the city dictates, and building a mental map of the character of different neighborhoods. I especially enjoy art, architecture, local festivals and traditions, and car-free living. I like talking with locals when I can, and always try to learn a bit of the local language. Hablo español.
