Stellar city centre location: lively commerce, choice of bakeries and cafés for breakfast on a walking distance, 2-minute walk to supermarket, the underground and all buses. Quiet flat for quiet people. Private room with key, with double bed made with fresh silk cotton linen and TV set with Netflix only. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with whirpool bath to share with the owner Helena & Ponyo, the cat. SHARED BATHROOM AND KITCHEN. Laundry and ironing facilities. Fridge, oven, vitroceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee & expresso machines, kettle. No dishwasher. Self-service filter coffee cup included each morning. Smokers accepted. Free wi fi. Elevator and paid parking in the same building. It is mandatory to COMMUNICATE your approximate CHECK IN TIME to hostess at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you! :)

Please do your dishes sometime after using the kitchen (no dishwasher). Please keep noise to minimum after 11pm. Please switch off the lights after leaving a room. I will provide fresh towels. Smokers accepted. It is mandatory to communicate your approximate check in time to the hostess at least 24 hours in advance.
