I stayed with Kate for more than two weeks and loved everything about it! She is an amazing host and made me feel like I was home. I didn't get the chance to spend a lot of time with her since I would leave early in the morning and get back late, but everytime I would arrive home, I felt like a relative was waiting for me, happy to chat whenever I had time! Kate was also very helping before and during the trip, and gave me lots of recommendations about how to do some things, best tips for anything or what places to visit! About the house, it is very clean and tidy, and the room is perfectly sized for one person, with enough space to store your stuff. The bed is also super comfy. It is also very well located, next to buses or the train, and the Lawson just down the building is open 24/7 and will always let you buy food at any hour :)
In conclusion, thank you Kate for being such a sweet and fun host, you made my stay in Tokyo even more memorable :) and to anyone wanting to have a nice flat, good independence, at the same time as some friendly support, I woud definitely recommend you to stay there!

I can hearty recommend to stay at Kate’s place. It was a truly memorizable stay for me. The accommodation is perfect for solo traveling and applies you with everything you need. Kate on top is one of the most caring and warm hosts I’ve got to known. I felt welcomed the second we’ve met. On top I got to spend some time with her <3 and received some good advices for Tokyo! If I will come back to Tokyo, this would be my first address to go to :-). All in all it’s 5/5 + recommendation
