Amueblado con gusto practico y sencillo dando prioridad a la funcionalidad de los espacios. Nuestra ubicación es ideal para visitar caminando todas las atracciones de mayor importancia historicas y culturales. Alquilamos 2 cómodas habitaciones garantizando un buen comford a nuestros huespedes.

We had a nice stay at Justina's house in the centre of Havana Vieja. Justina's house is full of colors and history of which she is very proud. She also knows the in's and out's in the neighborhood. We had a great dinner in her restaurant nearby, unfortunately for the atmosphere, we were all alone there. The room is small but everything is there you need for having a great stay. In a small refrigerator there is beer, water and other drinks at reasonable prices and with a basket to pay. A small balcony offers views on street-life and the convent on the other side of the street. We were a little bit disappointed by the breakfast which was in other cases fresher. Probably this was bad luck. Justina also arranged us a Taxi to the airport. To visit all of Havana (Centro, Vedado,...), it is preferable (as we did) to book different stays in different areas of this amazing city.

The Casa was fine, it's quite expensive for what it is, though it is in the Havana Vieja which is very nice! The room was very small. We didn't see Justina, which was a bit strange.

It's a nice old house with a very good location. Communication with Justina was not good because she was not in the house and not available by phone. Also the toilets didn't work. The man who has to manage the house did a good job by trying to help us.

Right in the center of old Havana the room is clean and ok but forget about the promised coffee in the morning. This Lady has $ signs in her eyes.

Hello Horst, I am very sorry to read your comment because we have treated you and your company as two family members.
Our first objective is for our guest to spend his days of reservations in a serene and pleasant way.
I have health problems but I do not think that I have to say this to my guests for that reason I am not always present in the House.
You booked our house at a bargain price and even though I told you that sometimes we would offer you coffee.
We are not obliged to offer the breakfast to our clients is optional. If we charge you the Breakfast, the coffee, the water, it's because you were not in a 4-star hotel, you were in a Casa ParticularColonial Cubana where everything we offer to our clients is with the sacrifice of our work. I would have liked to be able to give them away breakfast, a coffee but I do not have the possibility, prices have increased in all sectors and products.
We pay the taxes to the Cuban state and I think they are very high. I hope you understand my explanation.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral in Old Havana, ca. ein Block von der Plaza Vieja entfernt. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bei Justina und Ihrer Familie ist man immer sehr gut aufgehoben, stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, Sehr sehr freundlich.
Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
Es gibt in der Familie auch ein kleines sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen, sehr gutem Service, que Rico, hm.....
Sie organisieren auch Ausflüge, mit sehr schönen Oldtimern und Guides, man kann jederzeit fragen wo man was bekommen kann, ob Internet/WiFi, Rum oder auch Cohibas, ....
Da muss man einfach wiederkommen, perfekt, auch für wenige Tage.十一月 2018
Justina est vraiment très accueillante. Elle a été pour nous une excellente guide pour arriver à La Havane. La maison est propre et bien située, nous y retournerons à chaque séjour.
