The apartment is located at the top floor of one of most valued Shanghai luxury residential, Shanghai Shimao Binjiang Garden in Lujiazui. 25 minutes public transportation to NYU Shanghai Campus.
This apartment offers a clear view of both the river and the garden, with a spacious and elegantly designed interior. I am currently renting out an independent suite (with a bedroom, bathroom, and balcony) at an extremely low price. The apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows all around for abundant natural light.
