Tamer is very friendly and great host! Room is nice and cozy with towels, tv set, comfortable chair and desk, plus bonus - welcome chocolates for newly arrived guest! House is clean, well decorated and quiet in very nice neighborhood. Everyone in the house is respectful and really friendly. I enjoyed staying there and highly recommend this homestay!

I lived in Tamer's place from late September to early October 2023. It is definitely one of the most fantastic places you can find to live in Laval and more broadly in Quebec. It's located in a very peaceful neighborhood with eateries, shopping malls, and bus stops in close vicinity. The house interior is very well adorned and very well maintained. It has a nice kitchen, dining room, and a cozy living room. The nocturnal sky view outside is often amazing for people who like star-gazing. There are parks nearby you can go for jogging or walking. Tamer is a very kind and accommodating host. He always responds to your queries. In short, it's a perfect place for a short-term vacation. I highly recommend his place !!

A peaceful neighbourhood with a reasonable distance to Downtown Montreal. The host is very considerate and maintain the house in clean and tidy condition. We felt a cozy mood with the accomodation.

Tamer's house is a very beautiful, spacious and clean one. Great for short and long stays. The host is very respectful and accommodating, he makes sure the guest has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The house is continuously kept clean. I highly recommend this place!

The room was fine but a bit smelly. The sheets did not smell so good but I didn't want to complain as I was hardly there and too tired after my long days. The kitchen facilities were minimal but ok as was the parking. The only annoying part was not being able to use the dishwasher and the washing machine given I came equipped with my own pods. However, for the rate it was reasonable overall.

Tamer has a lovely house, clean, and organized. My room was also clean and look exactly as the picture. Also, Tamer is super friendly, very generous, and highly responsive on the WhatsApp. on check-out day, I had my flight at night, so Tamer asked me to stay in the house until the night without charges, thanks a lot my friend for your generosity, I would love to stay at your house again, and I highly recommend his house for lovely and comfortable accommodation.
