I have a spacious 2 Bdrm apt. Walking distance to groc store,mall,bank,restaurants. The airport is 15 min away. There is a train station,Metro to Boston and all cities in between , and Greyhound/Peter Pan bus lines just 10 min drive from me. You can get to Boston in an hour by Metro rail and it only costs $10. Great for a day trip! Tv in both bedrms. Internet access,use of laptop,phone if necessary too! I will show you around town or just give you info to whatever you are interested in if you would like to explore for yourself. You may invite guests over as long as everyone is respectful.

About the Area
My apt is just a block from bus stop. There are 2 grocery stores,2 convenient stores,a bank, a laundry mat,and a few restaurants within 4 blocks. There is a mall about a quarter mile away. I have bicycles you may use. There is a movie theater about 6 min walk away. The YWCA is about a 5 min drive where you can use the pool and directly next to it is a beach area with bbq grills on Indian Lake. There is alot to do in the city. Museums,theater,movies,great restaurants,hiking ,bike trails near by. Clubs with live bands. Cultural events are abundant in Worcester. You will only be bored if you choose to be! :)

House Rules
Just be polite and considerate. You can hang out in the living room, have the run of the house really as long as respectful. I want you to make yourself at home. I am very easy to get along with and will be respectful of you. If you smoke,You can smoke outside. I have lounge chairs and a grill in the back yard you may use. I have flat screen HD tv's in bedroom and lv. room with cable ,over 300 channels and Netflix you may use.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
