**House:
Fun bright colors, preppy mid century modern meets cheeky Scandinavian.
The Big and Juicy Grape is as its name!
"Room" is having entire dwelling for your group.
This is one same property with 2 living quarters, one across the other. We live F/T in one of them.
Split level shotgun style home.
We do have a half bath downstairs and a very comfortable sleeper convertible in the living room, but the home's full bath with shower/tub is upstairs. Place is great for children too, but small children will need full adult supervision as there is a staircase and a brick fireplace in the home. Home is a shoe free relaxation temple to keep the street at the street! We want you to feel comfortable laying down to kick back on the cushy carpeted floor. The house has a north eastern front, a fenced in yard with trees and a concrete patio area. There is a living room with a fireplace, a half bath, a natural gas convection wall heater, a portable air mover, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the yard and washer and dryer in covered back patio in the first level. The second level has two bedrooms with queen size beds, a free standing AC, 2 portable air movers, one for each bedroom, and a full bath with combination shower tub. You’ll be surprised, The Big and Juicy Grape packs charm within its love filled walls and even views! We have a lot of love for the place and because of that we can offer a promise that such love will show throughout the house.

**Hosts/Anfitriones:
Richard and I are very approachable, kind, and fun. We open our hearts, our minds, and our doors to kind people of all walks of life and backgrounds always finding that we have something in common with everyone we meet.
We like to find or make fun where we are. Sonoma Valley and its surroundings have a lot to offer. We love living and working here. We enjoy the outdoors, motorcycling, kayaking, hiking, and going out to the bays (bays, plural!). I am an artist and though Richard says he isn't artistic, he really actually is...he has a great eye! We hope you'll find some of who we are and the love we have for our little spot at the base of the Mayacamas throughout the house. Our goal: your comfort & convenience. We are well rooted here and there is another way to see the world: open your doors to its people! We hope you get to like our place, we even named it... Come and kick back at The Big and Juicy Grape.

The shared uphill driveway starts at the highway and it dead ends at a green space where large ancient oaks compliment the adjacent rows of grapes. The location is quite convenient, near everything but also very private. Every one of the other houses which share the private driveway are full time local residents.
Minutes from downtown, pedal your way to The Plaza! Though I actually jog over, it is a great workout! We are within walking distance to multiple vineyards and all the great family ran restaurants, markets, shops and galleries along Sonoma Higway.
