We are offering a Good Deal Discount for budget travelers, but you won't miss out on the quality of the stay.
You'll have a cozy atmosphere, spacious half-bath and Roku TV in your room. Large shower and a bathtub are just couple steps away from the room and will be shared with housemates.
We have a huge, beautiful deck with a sunset views, filled with flowers and sunlight in the summer and foggy mornings in the winter.
We like to keep a friendly and lively, yet peaceful atmosphere in our home. After decades of traveling our house reflects our journeys, many people have commented on the warm, inviting feel of the home and its unique collection.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Prefer payment via Paypal, Zelle or PopMoney. A Deposit, at least 25% of the total amount and the remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Please note - since there is no cleaning fee option on Homestay and we want to keep the prices down. We have one time cleaning fee of $55 on top of the room price - due at the time of check in with the remaining balance (after 25% deposit - at the time of booking to hold the room)
House Notes
Your room has a lock and if you like a key, we’ll be happy to provide it with a $10 refundable cash deposit. - Have the cash ready when you check in and you’ll be refunded when the key is returned.
- We ask for quiet hours to be observed between 9pm and 6am, please no late night cooking or midnight laundry, unless it’s an emergency and you let us know about it in advance.
Due to Covid-19 we no longer provide snacks or breakfast items for everyone's safety. We ask our guest to follow covid-19 protocol of using hand-sanitizer, observing the distance and wearing a mask in common areas.

About the Area
Our house is located 5 minute-walk to old downtown Sherwood with public library, cozy coffee shops and restaurants. We are surrounded with parks in walking distance and a Tualatin Nature Reserve is 5 minutes away. Sherwood is about 30 minutes away from Portland and in the midst of a wine country, farms and ranches, yet very close to all the amenities, shopping and a cinemas. We also live near a Saturday's farmers market and a farm co-op for your local and organic groceries.

Galina a is a lovely lady who is very helpful and accommodating with whatever her guests need. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
