My home is in a perfect location, easy access to Hwy 12, five minutes to Hwy 101, walking distance to post office, banks, restaurants & Montgomery village shopping center. Ross store & Lucky's are just across the street. Sonoma County airport (STS) is just 20-30 minutes away. Armstrong Woods in Guerneville, is just 30 minutes away. The three story apartment in itself is the most modern one in Sonoma County with elevator & very secure. My location is one hour away from San Francisco & surrounded with beautiful wineries. What else can one ask? Memorial Hospital is five minutes away & Kaiser Permanente is 15 minutes. Plus you are free to use my kitchen.

About the Area
My apartment is in a perfect location of Santa Rosa right across the Montgomery Village shopping center. It is the most modern three apartment story you can find in Sonoma County with elevator & very secured. Among other things to enjoy, an easy access to Hwy 12, Hwy 101 is just 5 minutes away, Korbel winery is just 20 minutes away, Armstrong Woods in Guerneville about 30 min & 15 more minutes to Bodega Bay. Outside of Santa Rosa are the many winery you can enjoy. Other than that, everything else is walking distance i.e. post office, banks, restaurants & shops.

House Rules
No loud noises after 9pm and noises during the day time should be reasonable. Definitely no smoking around the vicinity. Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
