Hi future guest,
We are a family willing to offer our own american experience to you.
You ca expect to be treated like one of us (don't worry, we won't make you wash the dishes... but won't oppose to it either... ;-)
Our house is located near major attractions in SoCal, like Magic Mountain, Hurricane Harbor (10 minutes), Hollywood, Universal Studios (25 minutes), Disneyland, knotts Berry Farm, Medieval Times (50 minutes), and many natural and outdoors activity sites to choose from.
We may even offer to take you on road trips with our family (provided we have plans to go), i.e: Las Vegas (4 hours), The Grand Canyon, Sequoia Park (where the giant trees are), big bear, etc. (if you definitely want to visit this places we could arrange something).
We look forward to having you experience the time of your life!

About the Area
Our house is located in a very safe, quite area. Close to bus stop (only 2-minute walk) and the train/metro stations. Many routes, destinations to choose from. The city center is only minutes away, as well as shopping centers, cinemas, recreation parks, etc. Hospital, police station, information centers are also nearby.
You choose where you'd like to go, and we'll point you in the right direction.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Very Simple: If we don't do it, we kindly ask you to refrain from doing it it as well.
No:
Loud music, noise, cursing, coarse language.
burping, nose cleaning, farting, using electronics at the table (we want to chat with you).
visitors, smoking, using drugs (illegal), marijuana, vape, pipes, etc.
Alcohol is welcome with moderation.
If you have a specif custom, tradition, and/or practice, please let us know in advance.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
