My wife and I have a 4 bedroom home in Riverside, CA in the historic "MAGNOLIA CENTER". The home sits on a very quiet street, with large mature magnolia trees and surrounded by great families! The house itself is centrally located near some great schools to incluse Notre Dame Catholic Highg School, Ramona H.S., Cal Baptist University, Riverside COmmunity College and UCR (University California Riverside. We are within walking distance of a library, grocery stores, fast food and fine dining and even a movie theatre. Downtown Riverside is also very close by!

About the Area
Our home is located in the City of Riverside. We are north of the 91 fwy and close to other major freeways. As they say, you are 1 hour away from skiing or swimming at the beach! We live on a very quiet street, its very clean and very green! The home is very close to Notre Dame H.S and also to 3 colleges (Cal Baptist, RCC (Riverside Community College) and UCR (University of Calif Riverside). Close to almost anything and best of all, you can walk to almost anything...LIbrary, shopping, fast food, laundry, grocerie stores, movies and fine dining!

House Rules
We both work so our schedules are pretty firm but on occasion do get to work from home. We ask all guests that they clean up after themselves, they clean their rooms weekly as well as clean their restroom weekly. We prefer not to have other guests in the home when we are not present. No smoking, no drinking and no drugs or overnight guests. Outside of this, we are very pleasant and understanding people! Come stay with us and enjoy our city!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
