Beautiful fully furnished room in a large 3,100 sf home, hosted by fun loving couple. Your room includes a Full bedroom suite, desk and executive chair, dresser and provide plenty of privacy, over looking the backyard. You may request a Microwave for the room if wanted. Located less than 2 miles from the Feather River and only 5 miles from the Hard Rock Casino. With the historic towns of Marysville, Grass Valley, Nevada City and other old gold mining towns of yesteryear nearby. Explore the history of the gold rush or go hiking/rafting at the rivers. Try your luck or catch a show at one of several Casinos nearby. Old Town Sacramento is also just down the highway! So much to do...how will you choose? Your host can be your guide to your choice of one of these adventures. Plumas Lake is the premier neighborhood in the area!

About the Area
Plumas Lake is a master planned community of newer homes in a landscaped neighborhood with many parks and walking paths. There is a Walgreens store and a Gas Station in the community within bicycling distance. We are located within 30 miles or less to the Sierra foothills, Old Town Sacramento and Nevada City, the following casinos: Thunder Valley, Feather Falls, Gold Country and Colusa which offer fine dining or buffets, gambling and shows. Lots of beautiful scenery in the nearby mountains or at the rivers. Lots of shopping in Sacramento or Roseville. Take your pick...we are close to it all!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
