This fabulous 3 story townhouse was built in 2010 (2400 sq ft). Features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1 car garage. First floor boasts an eat-in granite kitchen with stainless appliances, powder room and bonus sitting room. Plus an outdoor fully furnished patio. 2nd floor hosts the main the living room, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and laundry facilities. The 3rd floor features the 3rd bedroom and Master King Bedroom with luxury en suite. (Please Note: 4th bedroom is used an an office and wardrobe room. Upon request, in advance, we will provide an air mattress). Wood floors throughout. Flat screen televisions in master suite, living room and kitchen.

About the Area
The Spring Arts neighborhood runs from 6th street to Broad Street and from Spring Garden to Girard. This is an urban neighborhood of townhomes, condominiums and retail businesses. This neighborhood is nestled comfortably between the Art Museum and Northern Liberties. Spring Arts is a community rich in history, and is within easy reach of all the city has to offer. The neighborhood now known as Spring Arts once was home to Philadelphia's first passenger railroad, which ran between the station at Ninth & Green streets and Germantown. Nearby was the Baldwin Locomotive Works where noted railroad pioneer, abolitionist and philanthropist Matthias Baldwin built the nation's first wood-burning steam engine, Old Ironsides. Today, that creative energy and commitment to diversity are alive and thriving at Spring Arts. Just to the south is the dynamic bustle of Philadelphia's Chinatown. City Hall, the museums on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, and the Center City business district are all within easy walking distance.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
