15-25 min from Tempe/Chandler/Gilbert. 30 min to downtown PHX. Single floor brand new build right on the water (yes, in the desert! Kayaking, paddle boarding allowed) Large 2200 sq. ft. home with 4 bedrooms/3 baths. Your room includes an extra private lounge/office area and your own bathroom! (pictures 4-10 are your personal space) Brand new everything as the home is 1 yr old. A Tonal workout machine is also available for your use. 3 car garage where one spot is saved for you! (No smoking allowed on premises and no pets) 30-day notice to vacate by either party. $1,100 security deposit. Your private lounge area includes a sectional and ottoman. The bedroom includes a desk in the corner. The bed can be furnished if needed. Private bathroom in in-law suite. (house also has a guest room/exercise room.) You will be the only renter in the home besides me.

Me: Fairly quiet but personable (I'm in sales....) drama free. Excellent communicator Non-smoker and no drugs. Play a lot of golf (practice and play) and work on my computer. I am very considerate and mature but young at heart. Travel often for work (investment wholesaler) Respect is always given. Love watching football (Packers) and Golf. Love to talk about world events and have deeper conversations than just "how was your day?"

Town of about 45,000. Most amenities are in Maricopa. One of the fastest growing towns in the state. 30 minutes from PHX airport. 20-30 from Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, etc. 40-45 to middle of Scottsdale. All the advantages of a smaller town with access to big city.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
