I have hosted long term stays in my guest room since I bought the house. There is a queen-size bed, desk, dresser, two closets, and a shared bathroom. Pets are welcome, and I have dog crates for your use. You will have a shared bathroom, in-home gym, and full kitchen for your use. The washer and dryer is available for your use, and I have the house professionally cleaned weekly.

About the Area
Less than a ten minute walk to Ingleside Village with a great beer garden, local pizza joint, and shopping. Only a ten minute drive to north Macon or downtown! You will be just five minutes from Amerson Park—a beautiful park with walking/biking trails, access to the Ocmulgee River for kayaking, and a space to just enjoy the outdoors.

House Rules
I have a roommate who you will share a bathroom with. He is very neat and also hospitable. We typically are a quiet house by 10/11 p.m. on weeknights and potentially later on the weekends. You will hear white noise sound machines at night since it is wooden floors throughout the house. Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house (minus other bedrooms, of course). The living room has plenty of seating and a TV for entertainment. There is every kind of pot and pan to cook with and a classic coffee maker. The bed is a queen size bed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
