ISO female roommate to stay in my 2,210 sq ft. home in Garner, just 20 mins south of Downtown Raleigh. Now available for immediate move-in! I’m asking for $1,000/month including all utilities & internet (no cable).
Your rent would include the following private spaces:
+Furnished queen bedroom with a memory foam topper, TV with Roku streaming, nightstand, clothing dresser, two jewelry stands, and full-length mirror
+Two-door closet with 80 inches of hanging space
+Detached bathroom with dual vanity, shower/tub combo, and linen closet
+Furnished office with a L-shaped deck, standing desk, couch, and bonus storage closet
+Garage fridge
As well as access to the following shared spaces:
+Front-loading washer and dryer on pedestals
+Upstairs loft area with a couch (and option to mount a TV)
+Driveway parking
+Front and rear porch with a gas grill/smoker combo and prep table
+Fully stocked kitchen with slow cookers, air fryer, Keurig, etc.
+Other common areas of the property / house downstairs including a half bath
Duration | I am currently estimated to be moving to Oklahoma around May, so you would be able to stay for about 5-6 months while my home is being built there. I will be able to give you 30 days notice before move out. This arrangement would be ideal for anyone looking for short term housing and/or remote office space.
Pets | You must be okay living with one sweet, well mannered cat (Lexi) and not be bringing a pet of your own.
About Me | Maintaining total wellness of being physically, mentally, spiritually, and financially is most important to me. I wake up at 5am to go to the gym everyday (so I’d be a great accountability partner if you’re looking for that). I am a remote worker and will be downstairs in my office from 9-5. You will have the entire upstairs of the house to yourself the majority of the time. I love yoga, cooking, going to the movies or a new restaurant, and church on Sunday morning if you’re interested in doing any of those things with me!

I’m at the heart of 40/42 so there is quick access to everything you need in Garner or you’re a stoplight away from getting on the interstate. White Oak shopping center is 5 miles away and North Hills / Cary Crossroads are only 20 miles away.

House Rules
Keeping a quiet, calm, and clean home is a must have for Lexi and me. My primary expectations are for mutual respect to maintain the organization and cleanliness of the spaces we share, keep quiet hours after 8:30pm, and no smoking, vaping, or other drugs in or outside the home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
