A very comfortable private room w/queen bed and adjacent bath available in my home on a quiet cul-de-sac near Sony Studios. Free parking on the driveway. Fast 200 Mbps WiFi. No kitchen use, No guests, No pets, No smoking/vaping/drugs. Central location with easy access to anywhere in Los Angeles. I am hosting since 2016. You can count on it being CLEAN and QUIET for a good nights sleep!

About the Area
The bedroom door has a keyed entry lock, and you will have exclusive use of the adjacent bathroom, with privacy lock. The room features blackout drapes so it stays very dark in the morning in case you want to sleep in. There is a 43" Smart TV above the desk, an international outlet adapter and various charging cables. NO cable or subscription services, so be prepared to use your own subscriptions. There is a heater and a fan in the room for your personal comfort, the rest of the house varies according to our mild climate, ie NO air conditioning. Be advised that there may be some traffic noise from the street on the side of the house.
I am also hosting one long-term international guest but she is very quiet, keeps to herself and is out most of the time - she will not impact your stay but you might see/hear her going in/out the front door.
Note that since I wash sheets so frequently I let them air dry to be environmentally conscious and reduce my energy footprint, so please overlook a few naturally occurring wrinkles - they are perfectly clean!

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Rules are pretty simple :) No shoes in the house, there is a shoe bench inside the front door for storage. Other than that please be quiet, clean and respectful. Oh yes, no smoking/vaping/drug use, and no guests please, just you!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
