Hi! My name is Carine, a working professional and I'm the owner of this Cozy 3 bedroom 2.5 Bathroom townhome located in Covington, GA. I rent mostly to Traveling Professionals in my area, like nurses, medical assistants from Piedmont Newton Hospital. My home is about 20 minutes from Stonecrest Mall, and only one exit away from all the nearby shopping centers like Kohls, Target, Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Burlington, AMC theaters, HomeGoods, and many more. There are several local restaurants and well known restaurants, like Long Horns, Red Lobster, Chili's, Applebees, etc.

My home is located east of Downtown Atlanta - Interstate 20- East. Covington is a developing area east of Downtown Atlanta. Many new homes mixed with older homes with a lot of land and trees.

House Rules
1- Guest cannot have any overnight guests
2- No pets allowed
3- No Smoking allowed
4- Guest must clean up kitchen, if kitchen is used. No dishes left in the sink.
5- No washing of clothes of outside guests
6- Guest MUST make payment prior to coming to stay in home. If stay is over 30 days, guest is required to make monthly payment at the beginning of each month. If stay is over 30 days, guest will be required to sign a lease agreement with owner for duration of stay. Guest is required to make payments on time which will be the 1st of each month.
8- Host has fully furnished property, therefore guest cannot bring any furniture to property. All of guest furniture will need to be put in storage outside of property.
9- No illegal drug usage or usage of any legalized drugs in or out of home premises
10- If guest is using the property address to receive mail, guest most get the approval of the host prior to receiving mail.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
