Come relax and enjoy some peace and quiet at our lovely home here in north east Texas near Commerce. Come stay to just get away and chill or come to be close to where you want or need to be. You get your own private room with a queen bed along with two shared living spaces, a huge kitchen, a workout room and 33 acres of serenity. We are conveniently located just 3 miles from Texas A&M of Commerce, 20 mins from Greenville and Sulphur Springs, 15 mins from Cooper, and 40 mins from Paris.

About the Area
The immediate neighborhood is mostly made up of farmers or small rural houses. But just a couple miles away is the college town if Commerce. Although it doesn't feel like it when you are at the house, Texas A&M is only 3 miles away. It really is amazing how you can have such easy access to town while getting the feeling of rural seclusion. We just love it here and look forward to sharing our home with you.

Outside of shared or host provided meals guest are asked to wash their dishes. Snacks and drinks are always available but please clean up after yourself. House is shared with owners and other guests. Please be respectful of that by keeping shared spaces clean and tidy and noises down to a reasonable level. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. If you are awake and about during these hours make an effort to be extra quiet. We ask guests to remove or change shoes when they enter the house. There is a bench and coat rack just inside the guest entrance door. No smoking inside or near any buildings. There is a designated smoke area outside. There is a workout room and if utilized please wipe down all equipment that you used with disinfecting wipes, which are provided. In general be courteous and respectful of others and the property. We look forward to sharing our house and time with you. The property is large enough inside and out to accommodate events of various sorts but such events would require additional planning with additional requirements and fees. Contact the property manager/owner to plan such an event.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
