About the Area
My house is about 2000 square feet living space. I have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A den and a laundry room.
My kitchen is fully equipped with every tool (toy Haha), My husband loves to cook and loves gadgets.
I expect a few loads of laundry depending on your length of stay. My laundry room does have laundry detergent free to use for average number of loads.
The patio has a propane grill, I supply propane.
The laundry room has a separate full size refrigerator for guests to share.
If you do cook, my husband has collection of seasonings that is fully shared for average use.
I do not supply coffee or fruit. I have a Keurig Coffee maker, a drip coffee maker and an electric juicer available in the kitchen. I do willing share for average use in coffee milk and white sugar. There is an electric kettle available also.
I have Smart Tvs in bedrooms for use with the guests preferred services. The tv in the living room is shared and has Hulu Live available.
If your stay is a length of time, maintaining the room rented is the guests responsibility. Cleaning of bedding in laundry room and a vacuum is available to take care of rug.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher so guests are encouraged to just put used dishes in dishwasher. I run the dishwasher every evening.
Guests are encouraged to regularly remove trash from bedroom and place in the rubbish container in garage. The rubbish container in garage is shared so if you need to dispose of a large amount of trash please let me know so I can insure available to all in the house.
Home is large but I limit number of people so not crowded. No children are accepted.
Parking arrangements for 1 vehicle is provided free.
I do accept pets but the number in the house is also limited and disruption to the house is not permitted.

No Smoking Or Vaping in Bedrooms Only Designated Areas.
All Bedrooms are Equipped with an Air Purifier Ask me if something would be nice for your stay, if I don't have maybe I should and will add to our benefits.
Beds were brand new 2021 so bedroom furniture is in good condition and comfortable. All rooms have mounted tvs allowing you full use of dresser and nightstand surfaces. All rooms have a very comfortable sitting chair light weight so can be moved around easily. We have hosted night or day workers, since the house is relative quiet noise level nobody has had trouble sleeping day or night. House temperature is kept very comfortable day and night.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
