House Rules
Your booking secures your party with accommodations for up to 9 people. The entire top floor of our 3k sq ft cabin includes a large loft with a king bed. There are two Queen bedrooms of equal size and a “kids” room featuring three twin mattresses. The upstairs also includes two full bathrooms and generous walk-in closet. Your stay also includes access to the rest of the home and property.
Guests will be greeted by the owners with wine and whiskey upon request.
Bear Hollow is a large property with plenty of room for privacy. We can be as involved with your stay as you would like.

This is a working farm/homestead with goats, chickens, rabbits, a cat and a well trained dog. We can be as removed from your experience as you would like. We offer a preference sheet pre arrival and can arrange for whatever accommodations the guest is looking for.
Bear Hollow is a large property with an opportunity for relaxing or entertaining depending on guest preference. With years of hospitality experience, we are prepared to deliver beyond the standard cabin stay.
Checkout instructions have gotten ridiculous. Just enjoy your breakfast and hit the road, we’ll take care of the rest :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
