My Homestay has 3 rooms for rent in an older ranch style home, I live in the basement. My home is located on a quiet cul de sac and has a relaxing porch with swing and rocker. The patio has seating, tables, grill, heater and fire pit. There is on the street parking directly in front of the house. My style of hosting is organized and structured, the house is quiet at 9pm.

House Rules
If you are responsible, like organization and structure, clear expectations and others held to the same standard (I rent out 3 rooms), my home may be a good fit for you. My home is best suited (but not limited to) individuals with a fairly regular schedule in their personal and work lives and/or someone that works remotely. I expect common courtesies to be practiced here; cleaning up after yourself, leaving a room how you found it, be considerate and respectful of one another. I ask that you close windows and turn off electrical devices before leaving the house. The house is quiet beginning at 9PM; laundry must be finished by 9PM, no kitchen use (cooking) after 9PM. We remove shoes when entering the house. No drugs of any kind, legal or illegal, no excessive drinking or drunkeness will be allowed. Smoking is allowed outdoors, away from house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
