About the Area
My house is located on the west side of Atlanta. On I-20 West, just two exits from the Capitol and Highway 75/85. Go for a run along the (paved!) creek side, woodland trails just blocks away. Go at dusk or dawn and don't be alarmed to find yourself sharing the paths with friendly families of deer! Explore the Atlanta Beltline Westside Trails, which start just one mile from my doorstep. LOTS of food options (fast-food, grocery store, and local restaurants galore!), as well as Lee & White Food Court and Brewery Yards (Google it, it's just along the Beltline path and an excellent family hangout as well as date night drinks and entertainment!).
West End Mall and Marta Station (Atlanta's railway system) are 2.2 miles away, with a bus stop just a couple blocks from my house!

House Rules
Shoes off, please. No partying in the house, no smoking in the house. No loud noise after 11. Feel free to use the kitchen and common spaces, but please don't leave a big mess. I'm more than happy to clean up some plates and glassware, but not a ton of pots and pans, please! lol
If you feel the air conditioner could be lowered, don't hesitate to let me know!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
