We are a welcoming professional couple with a 2 year old just outside Manchester in a large house 45 minutes from the centre by bus. We are offering a comfortable double room at the rear of the house with a lovely view over the fields. The house has a large living room, separate dining room, kitchen, conservatory, bathroom and downstairs toilet and utility room.
We are a vegan/vegetarian household but would also welcome understanding meat eaters! We particularly enjoy playing board games and watching films as well as going out on the odd occasion.

About the Area
We live in a lovely four bedroom house in a community-centred neighbourhood just outside of Manchester. The house is in the small local community of Mosley Common and we live right in front of the green. We are a ten minute walk from a bus stop with a direct and efficient bus to the centre of Manchester and universities. It is a quiet area with an expanse of fields behind our house with a number of independent cafes and small shops within a 10 minute walk.

House Rules
We have two small children so ask no smoking, no excessive noise after 9pm and we prefer that guests seek approval before inviting visitors.
We ask that guests clean up after themselves and take care of any washing up as soon as possible after a meal (we do have a dishwasher available to use).
We would ask that guests let us know if they plan to be home late.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
