Bunk beds in cosy, bright room within a spacious, modern family (of creatives!)
home.
Small TV (Freeview)/DVD player in room & hairdryer.
Shared use of kitchen and all facilities including washing machine, separate fridge & freezer, central heating, bathroom (with shower and bath) & garden.
Free parking, Wi-Fi, towels can be provided; no pets in home.
*No limitations on using the kitchen just an expectation that all crockery/cutlery/pans used will be washed up and put away .
*One shower a day (please, as it's a shared bathroom) and just an idea of routine so everyone is aware and can co-operate.
*House is a family home - I'm a performer, husband is a musician; daughter is older teenager and at school, son is on a gap-year (almost) before heading to drama school.
*No visitors without prior agreement.
*We're approximately 9 miles from Stratford upon Avon
12 miles from Chipping Norton
15 miles from Warwick
16 miles from Leamington Spa
31 miles from Oxford
Frequent buses run through the village and we are approximately 2 miles from the nearest town (Shipston on Stour) full of Cotswold charm, cosy pubs/restaurants, a chemist and three supermarkets!
Local pub is 3 mins walk away serving pretty good food

About the Area
Our home is located in the newer part of an old Cotswold village. It is peaceful and beautiful!
The bus stop is approx 3mins walk from our home with buses running to Shipston on Stour, Moreton in Marsh, Chipping Norton and Stratford upon Avon. (Please do check timetables for availability).

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Check in after 3p.m.
Check out by 11a.m.
Ensure room is clean and tidy after check out.
No shoes in house.
No loud music /noise after 10p.m.
Please turn off lights/ water after use.
One shower per day & please clean shower after use.
Wash up dishes and clean kitchen after use.
Laundry is not normally offered however, can use for £3 for one load.
No eating in room & no deliveries.
Dinner may be available, agreed in advance and for an additional cost.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking in the garden is allowed provided cigarette ends are disposed of in ashtray.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
