My house is a deceptively spacious six bedroom detached split level family house, which is located in the very desirable rural residential area of Edge Hill in Darras Hall, Northumberland, it is within the highly prestigious Darras Hall Estate, and well placed for all local amenities, ...
There is a large kitchen/dinner and a drive way to the front for several car parking.
There is a remote control gate, a front garden and a good size secluded gardens at the rear of the house with a huge heated conservatory with dinning and sitting area.
Currently there are 2 double bedrooms and a single room with two shared bathrooms available.
The two double bed rooms could accommodate 2 people per room.
There is also a private sitting area and 3 further bedrooms on the first level. A laundry room and two further bathrooms
MY BACKGROUND
My background is a qualified Social Worker with several years experience of working in medical social worker and as a adult social worker. I am a mother of 2 biological and 2 adopted children who are now adults with their own families and are all in their various professional jobs.
My children and grandchildren visits must Sundays for family Sunday Lunch.
I am a very friendly and caring person who respects other people values and privacy. I value good communication, ie guests should feel free to ask questions or call my attention to issues that concerns them.
We have family gathering most holidays such as Christmas, Easter ext. I have plenty of space in my house so that guests will have their own sitting and dinning area with complete privacy.
Northumberland is a beautiful county which has a lot of interesting historical places to visit pleas see below.

With one of Britain’s best stretches of coastline, we really are spoiled with great beaches and coastal views. Hit the sands for family fun building sandcastles, paddling or kite flying.

Durham Cathedral
Visit one of Europe’s most dramatic cathedrals. With regular events, you can enjoy the amazing architecture then see a scale-model recreation of Durham Cathedral made completely of Lego bricks.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet, peaceful and well sort after area.
We are only less than 3 miles away from Newcastle airport and 15 minutes to Newcastle town center.
The house has down stairs flat with 3 good size bedrooms, a huge conservatory providing siting and dinning room. There is also bathroom and access to the kitchen.
3 further bedrooms in the main part of the house, two bathrooms and a huge sitting room.
Idea for professionals working away from home in need of long term accommodation.

I am a house pride person and enjoys a tidy and clean environment,
I like cooking for my family and can cook must European and Oriental dishes.
I prefer no pets, no anti-social behaviour, no smoking within in doors, no excess alcohol intake that will result to making others uncomfortable and guest are to respect the property and environments.
no parties and no drugs or excess drinking.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
