Being the first time in London, i wanted to stay at a place that had that homely feel.
As i reviewed many homestay options, i kept returning to Kam's place at barkingside. It just felt right. So when i got to the place and stayed, i was convinced it was the right place.Kam is a gentleman, very thoughtful and considerate. He goes to great lengths to make a person feel at home with great conversation and tips for London. His home is very confortable, homely and clean. It is situated in a serene environment.
I would definitely recommend Kam's home to anyone.

My stay was really good, a home stay in the real sense.
Kam is a gentle man to the core, socially interactive and very helpful.
The house itself is clean , warm and cozy, with a bonus feature of a small, beautiful garden.
Loved my stay , thanks to KamJuly 2016

We stood for 4 days in the double bedroom. The room is pretty and really comfy. Our stay in London was totally great! Kam was such a friendly host, we felt so welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. The house isn't in the center of the city, but we enjoyed to get to know some parts of London which aren't touristic.
We totally recommend that place if you like to have nice conversations and don't have problems with the distance to the citycenter. We loved it! :)April 2016
We stayed four days and we really enjoyed our staying. Kam is a very nice host, the best you can find, helpful and friendly. His home is comfortable and in a quiet area.
A bit far from the centre of London but the bus stop is just near the home. We highly recommend Mr Kam !!!August 2015
I highly recommand this acommodation for a nice and relaxed staying. A very cosy and friendly home, with a beautiful lounge, very nice kitchen and very relaxed atmosphere. The house is perfect situated, in a calm neiberhood, with great connections and easy access. Kam is a very good host, and has a very warm "hommy", wonderfull for anybody who wants a relaxed and chill time.

I can't fault Kam at all! The room was excellent value in a nice home with use of a fully equipped kitchen and a pleasant bathroom. His home is located very near good bus connections and is only a short bus ride, or medium length walk, from the tube station. As for Kam's hospitality, it was fantastic. Treated me more like an 'old friend' than someone paying for a room. Very helpful, friendly and very easy to get on with. Highly recommend!

Mr.Kam is a gentleman with warm heart. He kindly took me sightseeing to many places in London by his car and gave me very interesting information. It was wonderful experience for me because I am a lecturer of Japanese University.
Indeed,HOMESTAY is a best way to know English people's real life.
