About the Area
Our apartment is located in Waterloo, 10 km north of the city centre. The train station is 10 minutes walk and trains into Liverpool City Centre take 15-20 minutes. We are a 10 minute walk from the beach/marina and shops, restaurants, community cinema and library.

Very hospitable, easy going and friendly family . Makes you feel at home instantly. Tasty dinner by Michael who is a professional cook:-) Dinner time is really a family time with hosts and guests:-) Spacious room with private bathroom . Good location close to train station and fifteen mins from city center. Few mins walk to the long sandy beach. Waterloo is a nice quiet and safe area. Really good value for money. Highly recommended to all types of visitors, either on holidays or business. Thank you Rose and Michael for all the assistance and hospitality.

I stayed in Rose's home during a month. They are a very nice family and I felt at home. They have all the amenities I needed and They were very attentive with me. Michael is the best German/ english chef I've ever met in England. Thanks Michael! And Tommy is a very friendly boy who loves cartoons and plays with Siri! (The cat)

Dear future user of homestay,
I stayed with Rose and Michael for over two weeks and during this period I had an amazing time. Both Rose and Michael are very kind, open, trustworthy and talkative people, involving you in their conversations and making your stay in their home very comfortably. Breakfast and dinner were all included in the rent price, making it even better. Dinner was very delicious, every day. Furthermore the area around their house is very nice to explore. In the end the most important criteria why I would definetely recommend staying with Michael and Rose is the fact that it felt a little bit like home immediately, also learning some of the typical UK habits.

I had such a wonderful time at Roses and Michaels house. They are such a lovely family with their little son Tommy. You can ask them anything, they are very helpful. I stayed in a really nice room which had its own bathroom. I really liked the room.
You can get easily into the city centre, you just have to take the train. It takes 13 minutes.
I realley loved to stay there and I am looking forward to come back for a second time.

I had a very well stay at home from Rose and Michael!! The Familie was very Kind and helpfull!! My Room was with own bathroom and it was very cute!! The Dinner was very tasty(Thanks Michael:)) and i Love my Little Brother Tommy he is so cute!!

We had a wonderful stay at Rose's house.
Our room was very big and we got a very good dinner, also the vegetarian one was very nice prepared. It takes about 15 min. with the train to get to liverpool central, but the house is close to the lake and to the mersey river (about 5 min. walk).
In Rose's family we felt quite home. It was a big mix of different cultures, so people from other country also have been there, and it was interesting to talk with them about the habbits and traditions we and they have.
In the evenings we had a lot of fun playing cards with the family. It was not a problem for the family, when we came home late from partying and it was very enjoying for us, sleeping so long like we wanted to.
We have to say thank you very much Rose and Michael for the wonderful stay you made us. We hope that we can come to Liverpool a second time and to stay at your house again.November 2012

How do I book?

When do I pay?

When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
