My home is relaxed and friendly.
I am an Artist and work from home.
I have pets. Please do not book my Homestay if you don't accept pets.
Its a 3-4 minute walk to both - 2 train stations and and bus stop.
All the buses go into Liverpool city center and run regularly.
There are convenience stores a park and a gym also nearby.
Liverpool is an interesting city with lots of history and places to visit
My Homestay is conveniently located to our main motorways - M57 and M62 for arrivals /departures at Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Manchester Airports.
We are walking distance to LFC and EFC football Clubs.
I am here to help students with any problems they have including help with homework plus lots of English conversations at dinnertime.
We use super fast Wi-Fi 6 Gig 1 available 24/7 Free

Half Board = £6.50 per day
Breakfast/coffee/tea/toast/cereal.
TIMES: 6.00 am - 10.00 am / Monday to Sunday.
Evening meal.
All cooked meals are cooked fresh on a daily basis.
TIMES: 6.00 pm - 7.30 pm / Monday to Sunday.
Small food storage space will be provided for your food.

Keep your room tidy. If your room is untidy it will not be cleaned.
Food IS NOT allowed in your room.
please leave the toilet clean after use.

-Keep the bathroom floor dry-Leave the bathroom clean for the next guest.
Smoking is NOT allowed in your bedroom.
Please allow at least 14 days notice if you decide to leave early or before your agreed dates when booked on homestay.
Stays longer than 30 days: Please allow 30 days notice if you decide to leave.
Students= Half board can be arranged before booking.
Please request the current price for half board by a message.
This payment can be paid weekly or monthly to your host.
I only provide Homestay for young adults 18 years old and above.
Please do not book if you do not accept or have allergies to pets.

She wasn’t good because there are many times i try to call hear to bring my money but she didn’t accept to give it my money , she always care about the people but in my opinion if the time will come back i will not going to her thanks for her to give me blocked in the WhatsApp when i was talked with her about my money. كانت تجربة سيئة لانها خذت فلوسي كامله ولارجعتهت لي وبنص الشهر طردتني من البيت وشكراً

Tracy is a lovely person and she made me feel like home and she treated me like her son and her house is Cousy and safe, Tracy is a helpful person. In my experience my time that I been with Tracy I had a lot of accidents and a lot of bad things happened and Tracy helped me with them all and Tracy is a thoughtful person and she thinks of everything that you might need and will help you with them. Tracy will help you understand the Liverpool’s accent and develop your English a lot more with Tracy, I advise anyone who want to stay with a host family to go and stay with Tracy you won’t regret it.

I stayed with Tracy around 8 monthes in her cosy lovely house, she is very approachable person, I enjoyed talking and laughing with her, also we had great times cooking and watching TV together. Tracy treated me as a son, and she gave me many life advices.
I am thankful that I have very fond memories with Tracy, can't wait to visit her again.

The host cancelled the booking 57 days before the arrival date.

Tracy is a great and wonderful person, she’s been always helpful and supportive. I stayed in her house for more than 3 weeks, and that was the best thing I’ve experienced in Liverpool. The room was spacious and comfy, the bathroom was clean, the close is quiet and noiseless. I wish everyone could see and feel her beautiful soul.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
