An upmarket 4 bedroomed detached property located in the very centre of Wibsey village, one minute walk from the amenities.
Double bedroom available to rent, with access to 3 bathrooms (1 ladies bathroom & 1 male bathroom + unisex toilet. Two living rooms so plenty of space downstairs.
Bedrooms are all furnished but am happy to move things around to suit your needs. Your bedroom currently is at the rear of the house. It has a double bed, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, 2 other storage/shelf units, there is also a TV.
There is also a single guest room, which we keep vacant for when we have guests, and naturally if you have guests too.
Large kitchen & laundry room with all mod-cons including Fridge, freezer, tumble dryer washing machine and dishwasher. There is a fridge & freezer available for your exclusive use. With regard to food, again I am flexible. You may cater completely for yourself or be on complete full-board. Food arrangements would be made separate and are completely flexible. The provision of food is done so at cost price.
Included in the rent - the room, utilities, virgin tv, broadband, parking, access to communal items such as DVDs, books.
We are pretty flexible and chilled out as to your needs.
Smokers are welcome. But no drunks or drug addicts please.

Fast, limited stop bus (72 route) to Leeds. Bradford university and college are on the 640/1 bus route or alternatively are about 20 mins walk away. Off road parking is available.
A nice, easy way to live in a middle class cul de sac if you do not want the hassle of low standard student type shared accommodation.
Visits are most welcome and encouraged when possible
We have a Ragdoll cat. Allergy is not an issue as I use Petal Cleanse which eliminates the allergy issue.
Rent varies for each individual depending on what your needs are, so the stated rent may be different for you personally.

I don't smoke as such anymore. I 'vape' - this is okay for you to do also inside the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
