I live in bournemouth , Queens park 10 minutes from the sandy beach by car, 5 minutes walk to largest shopping centre in Bournemouth 10 minutes from the train station and 15 from the Airport. 5 minutes from the bus stop to Poole and Bournemouth or London!!
The river and beautiful Christchurch are near by and the new forest is ten minutes by train.
Lovely rooms, double or single, if required for a small extra cost I can provide good quality breakfast . I am very friendly and will help
You as much as possible . We have dogs who are very friendly but not allowed in your rooms have many people that return again and again. Southbourne is 15 mins by bus , is a trendy area with nice bars and quirky shops, Christchurch has history, purbecks have lovely walks on the Jurassic coast , on the whole we have everything here.
All people here are CRB checked ! Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms fitted .............OUR RULES.........Please please Don't slam doors and be quiet when coming home! We don't like people we don't know in our home and therefore ask you meet your friends in the nearby bars or coffee shops, this is to protect you and us. We want you to have a great time with us so

Garden room so called as it looks over the garden can be rented as two singles or a double room -lower rate this is a lovely room and for a single person I will do this for 20 pounds per night negotiated for over 2 month stay

Queen’s Park is a suburb of Bournemouth with bus links, to beaches, night life, quiet bars, beautiful walks and great atmosphere. We are about 90mins from London by train but near by the beach, lovely area nice people

I came to stay at the house 1 month but I was so nice I stayed 5 months. The house is clean and friendly. Karen will always help if you have a problem but gives you plenty of privacy. The dogs are very friendly. The beach and the buses and the shops are close.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
