Our home is a 3-storey townhouse house located in a quiet and safe area very near to the Aberdeen Beach and Beach Boulevard Retail Park. We have two extra cosy rooms which are available for our guests. The double bed room which has a built-in wardrobe and a study table is at level 3 of the house, just next to the family bathroom. .
We are a family of 5, me, my husband and 3 college age children. We run a restaurant and our guests enjoys some discounts for eating at our restaurant

About the Area
My place is located about 10 minutes’ walk to the Aberdeen City Centre and about 8 minutes’ walk to Aberdeen beach. Shopping places i.e. Beach Boulevard Retail Park (ASDA, Iceland, Home Bargain, Aldi, etc.) for food and basic amenities is about 7 minutes’ walk. The beach of North Sea is within walking distance. There are shops and restaurants along the beach.
Other attraction within 3 to 7 minutes’ walk are Aberdeen Science Centre, Transition Extreme Sports and Beach Ballroom.

Wir haben uns bei Normala und ihrer Familie sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist fußläufig nur ca. 15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und gerade mal 5 Minuten vom sehr schönen Nordseestrand. Das Zimmer ist geräumig (mit 2 Doppelbetten!) und Bäder, Küche, Garten und die Waschmaschine standen uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Normala bot uns sogar Frühstück an. Lohnenswert ist - besonders wenn man gerne scharf isst - auch der Besuch ihres malayischen Restaurants.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
