I live in a villa has 2 levels with 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and a large living room (100 m2) on a green ground garden., A well stocked library. The very sunny and very nice house in the suburbs of Tunis (a 15mndu center) with a bus service every 15 minutes to the center of Tunis (station 50m). I chose to build this house in this location because of its proximity to the country (100m) where you can pay for a walk or climbing (1a2 h) of the surrounding hills. The sea is 20km.
