House Rules

1-Read these family stay rules carefully. If you have questions, please ask before booking.
2-The stay I offer is a family stay, not a hotel, since I live with my wife and son in the apartment.
3-If your arrival time is later than 9 p.m., do not book before consulting with the Host.
4-Read the instruction manual very well (Spanish and English) that you will find in the room, especially what is related to Wi-Fi, streaming, fan-lamp, dehumidifier, among others. Express your observations on the room or common areas, if you have any, on the day of arrival. Do not wait to give a review of your stay. We want you to feel at home from day one, with direct and honest communication.
5-If something is damaged in your room or in the kitchen during use or misuse, please inform the Host.
6-The room is delivered with a mattress protector, sheets, 2 pillows and 2 towels. For stays longer than 7 days, it is required to coordinate with the Host the cleaning of the room, change of bed linen and towels.
7-The room has a ceiling fan - lamp with remote control. The manual is left in the room. If you need an extra fan, it is important to request it from the Host who will gladly provide it.
8-It is not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages in any area of the apartment and the property.
9-You cannot smoke in any area of the apartment. The bedrooms, kitchen and hallway have a smoke detector with Securitas alarm.
10-Hours of silence: 19:00-8:00. During the rest of the day, keep the noise as low as possible so as not to disturb other guests or neighbors.
11-My son is a saxophone lover so he usually practices 1 hour a day between 10am-11am and 3-4pm when normally the guest will not be in the apartment. I usually communicate and agree on it by WhatsApp.
12-It is appreciated to take off your shoes at the entrance and wear slippers to move around the floor so as not to dirty the floor with street shoes.
13-Maintain personal hygiene habits so as not to bother the rest of the occupants with unpleasant odors (sweat, personal cleanliness, among others).
14-Maintain good customs and desire for harmony with the others who live in the apartment and with the neighbors adjacent to the apartment.
15-Clean and collect utensils and appliances once used and keep the spaces assigned to your room in the kitchen cabinet clean.
16-Idem with the refrigerator located in the kitchen for shared use.
17-Internet connection, must be used only for purposes considered legal and must not be used in any case to carry out uploads, downloads or other illegal activities.
18- It is not allowed to bring visitors or guests, friends or family to stay. No exceptions are made.
19-Bicycles, skateboards and similar are not allowed on the floor - room.
20-Respect the agreed schedules for the use of the shared kitchen. Do not use non-common areas.
21-During your stay you must comply with the health regulations issued by the authorities in the event of any emergency.
22-Not be allergic to cats and like feline pets (cats) :)

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
