The house is situated on a plot of 6000m2 with olive trees as well as different fruit trees. The bedroom for rent is found on the ground floor with his own independent entrance, private bathroom and terrace and free parking place. The room has a heater, a ceiling fan, refrigerator and coffee and tea facilities. Nearby Torrenostra beach (distance 3K) is very safe and has a lifeguard in summerseason. Torreblanca village (distance 2K) has a rural feel and has a good selection of cafés, bars and restaurants.
We live on a very quiet road between Torreblanca and Torrenostra surrounded by almond trees and vegetable fields and we have no neighbors.
We have 4 cats.

Parking is FREE. We speak Dutch, German, English and a little Spanish.
Our accommodation is NOT suitable for children.
A basic breakfast with out famous delicious homemade marmelade is inclusive.

About the Area
The position on the google map is not correct, because we do not have a street name and google cannot find our position for that reason. We live a little bit more to the right over de railroad. Our house is located in a rural area between Torrenostra (beach, 3K distance) and the village of Torreblanca (2K distance) where you can find several supermarkets and other shops, post office, pharmacy, as well as a lot of bars and restaurants. In the summer there is a bus connection between Torreblanca and Torrenostra. Torreblanca is accessable by train, but only a few trains will stop daily. Although a car is not essential, we recommend this option highly.

Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home. Our house is a non smoking house, but feel free to smoke outside. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
