Welcome to our charming accommodation in Ciudadela, located in the heart of the city center. Just a 10-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the bus station, our location is ideal for exploring all the attractions that Ciudadela has to offer.
Our house is a cozy and familiar space, where we always strive to make sure that our guests feel at home during their stay. In the common areas, you can enjoy our spacious terrace, full bathroom and comfortable dining room, where you can share special moments with other guests and meet new people.
Ciudadela is a city full of history and culture. We recommend you visit the majestic Cathedral of Menorca, stroll through the charming cobbled streets of the old town and enjoy the impressive views from the port. Do not miss the local market, where you will find fresh products and traditional crafts.
Also, if you are passionate about nature, we suggest you explore the wonderful nearby beaches, such as Cala en Bosch beach or Cala Turqueta beach, with crystal clear waters and white sand.

About the Area
Route from the airport to your home in Ciudadela:
1. From Mahón airport, take a taxi or public transport to Mahón station (15 minutes).
2. At Mahón station, board a bus to Ciudadela (1 hour).
3. Once in Ciudadela, go to Plaza de la Pau (15 minute walk).
4. From Plaza de la Pau, follow the path until you reach your house.

Welcome to our home! We want your stay to be pleasant and comfortable for everyone. Here are some basic rules that we ask you to adhere to during your stay:
1. Light and Switches:
- Please turn off the lights and disconnect electronic devices when leaving the room or the house. Let's help save energy and take care of the environment.
- Be sure to close all light switches when entering or leaving a room.
2. Security:
- When you enter or leave the house, make sure to lock the door well to maintain the safety of all guests.
- Remember that we have security cameras installed in common areas to ensure everyone's safety.
3. No smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and in closed areas. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas and ensure you dispose of butts properly.
4. Cleaning:
- After using the services (bathroom, kitchen, etc.), make sure to leave them clean and tidy so that other guests can use them comfortably.
- We appreciate your collaboration in keeping the house clean and tidy during your stay.
5. Respect for other guests:
- Please respect the rest and privacy of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum during off hours.
- Parties or events that may disturb the calm atmosphere of the house are not allowed.
6. Responsible use of facilities:
- Use electrical appliances and facilities carefully and responsibly. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us.
7. Departure:
- Before leaving the house, check that you have not left personal belongings and make sure you leave the keys in the indicated place.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
