My name is Ana Pérez I am 42 years old I am the mother of a girl of 18 years old, I am married to Vicente Pernas, 54 years old. We are a quiet family, we like to go to the movies, the beach, the walks. My husband is dedicated to the hotel trade, he owns a summer terrace in the marina of radazul, an area with beaches visited by tourists where we could enjoy great sunny days almost all year. I have free time to do household chores, help my husband and help with humanitarian aid activities. Our apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony located in the downtown area 20 minutes from the capital of the island. The advantages that the guest will have to stay in our house apart from learning the language we could go to the beach which is in front of our house, go shopping (Tenerife is known as the site with the lowest taxes charged in all of Europe), we could also go to the cinema, to eat and show him the island which is an important tourist site that has many sports, cultural, natural and leisure sites. And it should not be noted that we are a fun, healthy and cheerful family that is willing to do everything

Eine herzliche und sehr gute familiäre Athmosphäre,sehr saubere,moderne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage mit direkten Busanbindungen.Entzückendes kleines Städtchen mit historischem Stadtkern.Hübscher Paseo entlang der Küste mit schwarz-kieseligen Stränden ein paar Meter entfernt.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
