Hello! We are Leonardo and Carla, your future hosts.

I'm Leonardo, I'm 39 years old and I work as a bartender. My wife Carla is 33 years old and is a fashion producer. We are a friendly and enthusiastic couple who enjoy meeting people from all over the world. We love sharing our culture and learning from our guests' experiences and cultures.
I have a great passion for mixology and love creating new drinks and cocktails. Carla, for her part, has an incredible eye for fashion and is passionate about everything related to fashion design and production. We like to spend time together, whether it's watching movies, cooking delicious meals, or exploring new places.
We believe that hospitality is about making our guests feel at home, providing a warm and welcoming environment. We are always available to help you with anything you need during your stay and are happy to offer advice on the best places to visit in the city.

House Rules:
Mutual Respect: Respect all residents and their belongings. Any problems or misunderstandings must be addressed in a respectful and constructive manner.
Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. to ensure rest for all residents.
Use of Common Spaces: Keep shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) clean and tidy. Each user must clean up after using these spaces.
Visits: Visits must be notified in advance and must not interfere with the peace of other residents. Night visits must be exceptional and previously agreed.
Cleaning Responsibility: Each resident is responsible for cleaning their room and participating in cleaning common areas according to the agreed upon schedule.
Pets: Pets are not allowed without prior authorization.
Security:
Keys: Do not duplicate or lend home keys to unauthorized people. Notify immediately if keys are lost. Closing Doors and Windows:
Make sure you close doors and windows properly when leaving the room or apartment to prevent theft.
Use of Appliances: Turn off all appliances (except the refrigerator) when not in use, especially before leaving home.
Security Systems: Respect and do not manipulate the installed security systems (alarms, cameras, etc.). Report any malfunction.
Emergencies: In the event of an emergency (fire, gas leak, etc.), follow established procedures and notify emergency services immediately. Keep emergency numbers visible and accessible.
Dangerous Objects: Do not store flammable or dangerous substances in the room or in common areas.
Additional Rules:
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the home or in common areas. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of the rental contract. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
