Cozy, Quiet and aircon room With Housekeeping+Laundry Service
We are a 3 persons family,speak fluently in english and mandarin.
This is a duplex (HDB) .
There are 2 guest rooms at the upper floor of the duplex
Which are clean, comfortable and very cozy.
Your room is fully equipped with aircon, wardrobe, wiritng table and 1000 thread count bed sheet , if you prefer, and you are sured to have a good night sleep.zzz....
As the total living space is 1600 square feet, you are sured to have have your own privacy
The price includes housekeep your room twice/week, laundry twiced/week (gentle machine wash, balcony sun dry and folding)(NOT including ironing)

Causeway point shopping center: 13 min walk
Woods square commercial office building : 13 min walk
Extra intro on surrounding:
1.Our apartment is at woodland, which is at the northen part of singapore and super near to malaysia.
2.The surrounding is green, convenient, breezy with shops, food court, 24 hr supermarket and train station all within 5-15 min walk .
3.if you are going to malaysia , the apartment is less within $6 grab fare to the checkpoint

Our house is located at northen part of singpaore.
The bus stop is 20 steps away and the train station is 10 minutes walk.
The surrounding is green and serene,especially after rain.
Though it is quite, you may take a bus service, and 2 bus stop away, you can find a shopping mall ,(causeway point), with everything inside

A nice place to stay. Thanks to Michelle & helper Mini. Too bad, no chance to meet little 豆豆. ^_^
- From bus stop, can direct pull the luggage to the homestay lift no need to carry, convenient for those guests with luggage.
- Travelling to Central need around 1 hour, by MRT.
- Direct Bus#858 from Airport stops at Bus stop opposite homestay building.
- Direct Bus#858 to Airport, Bus stop is at the same side with homestay building.December 2015
Today 12/12 will be leaving Singapore to be back to Malaysia . First of All , i would like to say thank you for such a Good Service , warm n friendly during My stay in ur House .. Especially little 豆豆became our friend and always talk to us when we Were back Home .. N we Really enjoy our time together .. How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
