  Claus is charming and different. We certainly gained a new perspective from him. He was accompanied on this occasion by his adult son who did have some specific dietary needs and enjoyed green and chamomile tea for example. Most of the time they ate out, but shared and enjoyed some veggie meals with us. Both quiet and pleasant, but quite happy to chat.
