Staying with Sherry just a relatively little and easy way from the center of Shiraz was for us great. It is a quiet location in a new lux clean apartment perched on the only high area of Shiraz. We had a complete private bedroom and bathroom to ourselves with a shared large open living area and kitchen, (Sherry in her own private area). We mostly just had breakfast, an occasional dinner and slept there but we all had enough space when all together. Sherry (and her friends that we met) is very well informed about Shiraz and surrounds, gave us good tips and conversant in English. We are independent travellers and travelled to & from & around Shiraz by taxi, with Snap or sometimes with Sherry and it was fine for us. We explored the usual Shiraz attractions but also experienced some amazing sights and scenes that we only enjoyed thanks to Sherry. We love her beautiful heart. Her family and friends that we also met are also very welcoming. A warm Iranian Homestay !

Staying at Mehri's and her husband's home in the middle of bustling Tehran was for us great. It is a small apartment in a relatively quiet location and a quick two minute walk to the Meydan e Hor Metro train station which as independent travellers we used every day and night travelling to and from all the attractions (except the Tower) in and around Tehran - very handy ! We had a private comfy double bedroom and bathroom to ourselves with a shared open living area. We all had enough space but we were always out and about and basically just had breakfast or slept there as we are independent travellers. However Mehri is available as a guide if required. Mehri is also fully conversant in English & French. Mehri is very well informed about Tehran and gave us good tips. Her lovely husband we called The Fixer because it seemed that everytime we had a question or needed something he had it immediately sorted ! We travelled to and from and in and around Tehran by train, bus, in a taxi or with Snap and it was fine for us. We explored the usual Tehran attractions but also experienced some amazing sights and scenes that we only enjoyed thanks to Mehri. We love her beautiful heart and she and her husband are so welcoming. They went above and beyond with information, any organising, requests and more. A warm Iranian Homestay !

Staying at Moshen and his family's home on the edge of Yazd was for us great. It is a quiet location being in a new housing development area so there is not much around except for a few other new builds. We had a complete private bedroom and bathroom to ourselves with a shared large open living area and kitchen area on the ground floor. At the time of staying two French travellers were also staying in an adjoining private bedroom and we ended up great friends ! We all had enough space. Mohsen and family are upstairs. Sleeping is a mix of beds or comfy Iranian style on the floor. We are independent travellers but sometimes we went with Moshen as a driver in and around Yazd and it was great. Moshen is very well informed about Yazd, gave us good tips and fully conversant in English. We travelled to and from Yazd in a taxi, with Snap or with Moshen and it was OK for us. We explored the usual Yazd attractions but also experienced some amazing sights and scenes that we only enjoyed thanks to Moshen. We loved his beautiful heart and his family was so welcoming. Mohsen went above and beyond with information, any organising, requests, driving and more. A warm Iranian Homestay !

Staying at Mahdie and her family's home on the edge of Kashan was for us great. It is a nice quiet location. We had a complete private floor to ourselves with a large open area, kitchen and bathroom. Family and Mahdie downstairs. Sleeping is comfy Iranian style on the floor. We are independent travellers but sometimes we went with Mahdie, her family or friends in and around Kashan and it was great. Mahdie is very well informed about Kashan, gave us good tips and fully conversant in English. We travelled to and from Kashan in a taxi or with Mahdie and it was OK for us. We explored the usual Kashan attractions but also experienced some amazing sights and scenes that we only enjoyed thanks to Mahdie. We loved her beautiful heart and her family was so welcoming.
