Nós gostaríamos de recebê-lo em nossa casa em Fountainbridge. Nós apreciamos a natureza e aprender línguas estrangeiras e temos 1 quarto duplo. As instalações são geladeira, TV, rádio, secador de cabelo e espelho.

Booking fee payable to Homestay upon booking confirmation.
25% payable to host by bank transfer/Paypal upon booking confirmation.
75% payable to host by cash/bank transfer/Paypal upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel a booking before arriving but please note, as per the terms and conditions you agree to on booking, the 15% booking fee (or maximum fee where applicable) paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. If for some reason the host must cancel your booking, homestay will refund you the booking fee.
In exceptional circumstances where you must cancel, Homestay considers a refund of this booking fee. This is completely at the discretion of Homestay.com. In any or all other cases where a refund of the booking fee you paid is under review by Homestay Technologies Limited, you must have made the first contact with Homestay Technologies Limited at least 24 hours after check-in-date.
General House Rules:
Please keep our home secure and make sure the front door is shut when entering and leaving the house.
The house has temperature control. If it's not warm enough, please let me know instead of turning the radiator dial in the room.
Please take care of the piano in the room and not place anything on the piano that can mark or scratch the surface.
The room rate includes the following services:
1) Internet access
2) Tea and coffee-making facility - You can leave used cups and dishes in the hallway. Clean ones will be provided regularly.
Please keep noise to a minimum after midnight.
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over, please ask.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home:)
Our livingroom and kitchen are family areas. They are well used because we are all working from home. We will keep the area as tidy as possible.

Highly recommended, not only are we very satisfied with the room, but also the hospitality of the host. Nice house with a comfy bath tub. Its convienently near a supermarket and bus stops.
Leslie is an awesome and helpful host who patiently gave us a lot of useful daily information in Edinburgh. Two kids of her are friendly and polite ,best wishes to her family:)
If you guys ever visit Edinburgh and would like to find an accommodating homestay, this is the one!

Leslie is a very helpful hostress and she gives us a lot of information about the trip We are get well along with them including her son and daughter are so lovely.

Leslie is a great host and very hospitable. Nice room, nice house with all facilities, and two fantastic kids. Just 20 minutes walk to the castle. Brilliant homestay.
